AGM - Business Development
- Lead the Business Development Activities for the Banking & NBFC Vertical
- Create and progress a Pipeline of Potential Clients in the Banking & NBFC Space (cold calling to closing the deal)
- Understand & Map client needs & pain points (across processes); Work with Pre Sales to present custom solutions to clients’ needs and create commercial proposals accordingly; share our value propositions in respect of new prospects; lead commercial negotiations
- Track & Participate in RFPs / Tenders of Banks & NBFCs
- Set up the New Business Tracker & Review Progress weekly; File Contact reports
- Gather Market Intelligence on Outsourcing opportunities / Total Size of Opportunity / Competitors & Pricing Range
- Facilitate SOW & SLA finalization on closing a deal
- POC & Transition facilitation
- Key Account Management: Map existing clients extensively and mine the account for additional opportunities
- Generate Budgeted / Targeted Revenue from New Clients for the Financial Year
- Achieve targeted order booking (firm orders received but not fully realized during the year)
- Targets for Specific Service Offerings – e.g. Acquire at-least 2 Call Center Clients in 2013-14 (with minimum seats of 10 each
Educational Qualifications
- MBA from a Top Tier/ Leading Management Institute
- With a minimum of 6-8 years of experience
- Spent at-least 4+ years in a Sales / Business Development Role / Function
- Is current working in BFSI (BPO / IT Services) space
