AGM - Accounts & Finance - Real Estate - CA

- CA, with 10 - 15 years of experience, of which at least last five years in a team management role.

- Experience of listed multi entity setup with large scale of operations and employee strength.

- Should have thorough knowledge of sound financial planning, Tax & Audit regulations, corporate governance and compliance.

- Ability to handle multiple locations and entities and be effective in control over Taxation, Audit, Finance, Secretarial & Legal.

- Develop and maintain financial projections, forecasts, and budget models.

- Manage all banking relationships, including negotiating and maintaining banking agreements

- Handling Compliances and Regulatory Affairs

- Worked on SAP
