About you:
- As the Cloud Raptor Recruitment Manager, you will utilise your people management and excellent tech recruitment skills to support your team and drive success with our clients.
- In this role, you will continue to build on the success with the current team, and continue to support them in developing more growth opportunities.
- You will be working side by side with the Regional Engagement Partner and Sales Director.
Job Title: Recruitment Manager
Base Location: Hybrid India.
Type: WFO.
Contract: Full-time.
Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Developing strong and positive client relationships.
- Source and manage candidates through the entire recruitment process.
- Conducting service visits with clients.
- Attend conferences and any other external networking events to build and develop partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team.
Key skills:
- Strong business development capability and building long lasting business partnerships.
- Proven people leadership skills, including training and developing team members.
- Experience working in a Tech Consultancy dealing with Global Tier 1 clients.
- Proven ability to communicate with influence, negotiate outcomes and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated personal drive and integrity.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven commercial acumen and competent analytical and report writing skills.
- Vendors need not apply.
