About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the Market: Analyze market data to understand how healthcare systems work, identify potential barriers to patient access, and track the performance of our products.

- Develop Market Access Strategies: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to overcome challenges related to reimbursement, pricing, and patient access.

- Communicate Effectively: Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, healthcare professionals, and payers.

- Collaborate with Others: Work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and medical affairs to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on market access, reimbursement, or related areas.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret data.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Knowledge of healthcare systems and reimbursement processes
