AgileStrat - Chief Operating Officer

COO role with Significant Equity Upside (8-12 yrs)

- Looking for a highly entrepreneurial individual to take on the role of COO at a design and implementation stealth startup that we have incubated. We have raised HNI funding on prototype, and are ready to take this to the next level with a professional management team

- We already have Series A funders reaching out to us in the past few months.

- Looking for someone with 8-12 years post MBA experience with extreme interest and hands on experience in Customer Engagement. Additional spikes in procurement, commercial negotiation a huge plus! If you have started a venture of your own before or seen the up and down cycle in a startup, that's an even bigger plus.

- You will be responsible for building out the operational elements of this venture - including sourcing and customer engagement. Many of the elements are already in place, but expect long hours, lots of brainstorming and a sleeves rolled up attitude to build a venture of significant value.

- Expect us to make this worth your while with serious equity on the table, and compensation that will cover your opex ! You will also have a lot of entrepreneurial leeway to shape this role in discussion with the Founder and Board.
