Agile Test Lead

We have an opportunity for an Agile Test Lead for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Job Description:

- Should have managed onsite/offshore delivery of at least 1 Test project using agile techniques such as Scrum, Kanban etc.

- Experience in Pre-Sales, Solutioning, consulting for agile test projects

- Should be well versed with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), agile techniques like BDD, TDD etc

- Needs to have good exposure to specific tools used in Agile projects eg. Rally, Version One etc.

- Client engagement experience a must

- Good communication and articulation skills

- Metrics Management in Agile - product/sprint backlog, sprint velocity, Burn Down charts etc.

- Coaching/Training experience & mentoring team members on Agile Methodology

- Experience in transforming projects from waterfall to Agile Methodology

- Resource Management Technical requirement for 'Manual Testing' testing techniques, type of testing, test strategy, test planning.

Responsibilities:

- Setting up roadmap for agile capabilities & updating senior management about the progress and issues with resolutions

- Provide mentoring/handholding to the delivery teams on agile projects

- Drive & develop service offerings for Agile testing

- Provide business development support to the sales team on Agile related opportunities

- Capability presentation to the client (both internal & external) on Agile capabilities
