Position: Agile Team Coach / Project Manager - Agile

Location: Gurgaon

Primary Required Skills:

1) Steer and coach the teams to achieve the desired goals.

2) Collaborating directly with scrum teams to coach and guide them on the mechanics of Agile methods to achieve optimal team effectiveness

3) Exposing technology teams to the latest innovative thinking and ideas from the Agile community to increase agility

4) Delivering hands-on coaching of individual scrum teams in all aspects of scrum - daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, etc

5) Working directly with scrum teams to remove systemic obstacles that block the teams ability to achieve sustainable increases in velocity

6) Work with Product Owner and members of the sprint team to ensure grooming of product backlog

7) Should have exposure on the technical skill i.e Java, HTML5, Node, Angular etc.
