Our client is a Global payments firm and they are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager for a project with the end client which is a prominent bank in Aby Dhabi. The Delivery Manager will lead a Service team, ensuring they embrace Agile values and principles throughout project executions. This role acts as a coach and guide, helping teams transition from "doing Agile" to "being Agile." The manager will ensure projects align with Agile frameworks and are executed efficiently within scope and timelines. This includes coordination across multiple Scrum teams on digital channels such as Internet, Mobile, SMS, and Wearable banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies as a servant leader, supporting the newly formed Service team to reach their full potential.

- Identify impediments, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles to enhance team productivity.

- Coach the end client team on Agile framework adoption and guide them towards greater Agile maturity.

- Build a productive environment where team members share collective responsibility and feel empowered to express opinions and concerns.

- Partner with Product Owners and Service Owners to manage backlogs and new requests, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.

- Act as the primary contact for the team, managing business expectations in collaboration with the Product Owner.

- Communicate and coordinate with other Scrum Masters to manage interdependencies and ensure technical collaboration between teams.

- Monitor the value delivered by the team and facilitate retrospectives to optimize business value creation.

- Provide value-focused motivation and servant leadership.

- Facilitate team delivery and development through effective Agile coaching.

- Manage business relationships and expectations, ensuring continuous delivery quality and cadence.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related discipline.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification mandatory.

- SAFe certification and Cloud certifications are desirable.

Your Background:

- 14+ years of experience in the Banking, Fintech, or IT sector, with at least 4 years in Mobile & Internet banking projects.

- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and Mobile App release mechanisms.

- Deep expertise in Scrum, preferably with certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, PMI-ACP) and AWS Cloud certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Developer, etc.).

- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence effectively.

- Understanding of the software development life cycle, banking products, digital channels, and application architecture.

- Experience in managing fast-paced and challenging projects, including stakeholder management, technical application security, compliance, and audit requirements.

- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, including business case preparation, project estimation, and cost monitoring.

- Practical exposure to DevOps (CI/CD) and experience with cloud and micro-services-based projects.

- Hands-on experience in vendor/partner management and production release monitoring of Mobile/Internet banking features.

- Term:- 6 months, extendable.
