- Experience in advanced level of agile understanding, excellent mentoring, problem-solving, influencing, and facilitation skills.

- Experience in working collaboratively with Agile teams, and management to identify opportunities for training, team augmentation, and coaching

- Guide teams in adoption and maturity of Agile principles over the course of the Product lifecycle

- Deliver (and possibly create) training classes

- Coach teams and senior management on agile execution and benefits

- 2+ years in a leadership role on one or more Agile teams

- 5+ years of software project, release, or product management

- Experience delivering training

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

- Experience in Rational Team Concert (RTC) and/or Rally for backlog management

Experience level: 10+ years

Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
