- Our client builds software that drives their customers business, for enterprises and software product companies with software at the core of their digital transformation.

Role Summary :

- Agile Coaching Engagement-Mentor scrum masters, product managers and program managers in principle of agile and adoption of agile methodologies.

Job Location : Singapore ( Only Singapore local candidates should Apply)

Project Duration : 3 months contract

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Coach / guide large program team of multiple program in the portfolio

- Mentor scrum masters, product managers and program managers in principle of agile and adoption of agile methodologies

- Onsite Consulting Experience across different geographies

- Provide Agile Trainings

Key Technical & Non Technical Skills required :

- Must have expertise about various agile methodologies like scrum, kanban, extreme programming, test driven development, code refactoring, continuous integration, continuous delivery etc.

- Should posses experience in implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments

- Has successfully run agile projects of varying size and complexity

- Should be able to lead enterprise level agile transformation / software process transformation

- Has familiarity with tools such as Rally, Version One, Atlassian JIRA, RTC, TFS, etc.

Has working knowledge of tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, Jama, test automation tools, etc.

- Has completed at least Scrum Product Owner / SAFe program consultant certification

- 12 to 15 years in the IT industry (Banking Domain Knowledge will be helpful)

- Worked in IT process / Agile consulting environment

- Provide Agile trainings such as Scaled Agile, Kanban, SAFe, Agile overview, Scrum Master, Product owner etc.

- Onsite Consulting Experience across different geographies
