ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Understand the reasoning behind processes, identify right agile practices and methodologies, implement the same while guiding, coaching and enabling client and internal teams

Enable the client teams on Agile processes and practices such as conducting Planning workshops, Sprint communication plans, Release planning, Product backlog creation, User story writing and analysis etc, as needed on ground

Manage expectations of clients and internal stakeholders, create visibility and drive value for the clients and for Greyamp

Coach and assist members of the client team (as applicable) to drive business value and assist in writing user stories

Understand the Value and need for agile transformation at the client and how improvements can be measured - measures of success or metrics

Own and drive the outcomes on ground to achieve the measures of success identified and agreed with the client

Understand the various coaching models and be able to implement the relevant ones given individual context

Build and nurture rapport with clients and team members with clear focus on driving and delivering the required impact across engagements

Facilitate Agile skill building/training sessions for all client members at various stages of the transformation process Cultivate an Agile mindset in the team

Act as a custodian for the Agile process and ensure all agile practices and processes are used as intended, promote and lead Agile working practices
