Job Description:

- Scrum Masters for IDC

- Should be able to Manage Projects running under Scrum mode

- Hands on Scrum methodology

Job Summary:

- Scrum Master certified to manage small to mid-sized Agile Scrum engagements.

- Responsible for providing overall service delivery leadership, meeting project delivery targets, meeting the SLAs.

- Directs delivery teams to achieve high-quality delivery within committed timeframes."

Job Responsibility:

- Responsible for managing agile/scrum/RUP based projects

- Responsible for ensuring successful delivery adhered to the timelines submitted for engagements

- Should be able to drive team members towards the committed delivery SLAs

- Should be able to groom team members on agile scrum based practices and should leverage best practices from other agile engagements

Qualifications and Work Experience:

- 12-14 years of experience with strong scrum based delivery expertise

- Scrum master certified

- Good people leadership skills. Proven ability to lead small teams

- Very good communication, articulation and presentation skills

- Good understanding of scrum and agile based processes

- Ability to write business cases and proposals
