Agency Relationship: Digital Ad Sales
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Expertise in handling big, small & medium size of clients/ agencies.
Responsibilities
- Expertise in handling big, small & medium size of clients/ agencies.
- Interacting with Corporate/SME agencies.
- Create and execute a detailed sales plan to achieve digital sales revenue objectives.
- Have an experience in Digital Marketing, OOH, Magazine, Print Media.
- Sound knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Possess good business sense and deep understanding of marketing principles.
- Market development into target segments.
- Working closely with the head of solutions strategy & internal departments such as sales, agency team, creative & adopt in order to help drive overall company growth & revenue through opportunities within agency & client relationships.
- Responsible for the quarterly revenue, productivity & Product priority targets.
- To be able to present well and create an impact on clients and prospects.
- Open to Travel.
Skillset
- Prior selling experience from an advertising network is desirable.
- Preferable prior ad network selling experience.
- Self-awareness and confidence to present and assess the sales situation.
- Proven history meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing sales.
- Good command of the language: English and Hindi.
- Open to travel.
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
- Skills to work independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
