Agency Sales Head - Local Discovery & Recommendation Platform
We have an opportunity for Retail Sales Head role for a local discovery and recommendation platform.
Job responsibilities :
- Manage P&L of the ad sales business through partnership with agencies
- Own end to end business development / sales funnel and be responsible for achieving revenue targets
- Building and scaling revenue opportunities and generating leads by managing and activating relationships with various agencies pan India
- Connecting with brands for promotion and marketing opportunities and ensure repeat engagement
- Understanding the client/merchants needs and requirements to execute and manage ad campaigns that align with our product proposition
- Work with the Marketing and Tech team to create innovative campaigns to meet timelines
- Creating an environment of bonhomie to motivate team for achieving targets.
- Ensuring timely collection of payments and delivery of reports to the clients

Must haves
- Strong understanding of digital media & campaign strategy and a strong network with ad agencies
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to take ownership and drive things. Should have great attention to detail
- Must have handled revenue targets in the tune of 15-30cr per annum
- Ability to manage a team and keep them motivated
- Network in agencies, large businesses and MNCs, and locally based agencies
- Basic word / power point/ excel
- Ability to travel
