Position - Business Data Analyst (Bancassurance)
Reporting to : Business Head(Bancassurance - Federal Bank)
Role:
- The Business Data Analyst turns the company raw data material into strategic information thereby optimising the business - oriented efforts of all the stakeholders
Functionalities:
- Organise, understand, interpret & predict patterns in data that can be used to improve business inputs on a continuous basis, based on research methodologies and statistical techniques
- Prepare, analyze, and automate various weekly, monthly, and ad hoc MIS for all stakeholders, creating excel reports, flowcharts and power point presentations thereby evaluating key performance indicators and recommending suitable action plan
- Provide timely business analytical solutions to enable data - driven decisions to support sales team in achieve the organisational goals
- Effectively communicate analyses that signify meaningful trends in the sales activities and efficiency parameters besides sales performances of the teams that aligns the sales team to adopt and pursue data-driven business model.
- Develop actionable roadmaps to enhance business inputs that bring in better sales processes, sales supervision and business management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, mathematics/statistics OR economics
- Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
- Ability to write reports
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics (using SPSS, SAS, Excel, R, Python etc.) is an added advantage
