Main Responsibilities
- Drive culture of - Customer First & Teamwork
- Ensure customers satisfaction & retention
- Manage team of service engineers for effective on-site support to customers
- Achieve agreed revenue targets (should be generating aftermarket annual service revenue to the tune of 20-25Crs)
Core competencies & Skills:
- Customer centricity
- Strong people/ team management/ excellent ability to motivate team members
- Financial/ Commercial acumen
- Strong problem-solving skills/ Ability to develop strong long-term business relationship
- Ability to travel frequently to customer sites
Important criteria:
- Education: Degree in Science/ Engineering
- Age: Not more than 42 years (Ideal Age Bracket : 40-42yrs)
- Work experience: Not less than 15 years, Minimum 3 years as service team leader/ Manager
- Current salary including performance linked bonus: Should not be less than Rs. 17,00,000
- Language proficiency: English, Hindi & local language
