Role: After Sales Head (Head for After Market Service, Spares Sales & Engineering - Project Management for Turnkey Solutions)
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Project Management, Spares, and Service function.
2. Establish policy /process /standards for After Sales activities as per SOP.
3. Shall be responsible for achieving Sales targets for spares and after-sales service.
4. Design and Implement AMCs plan for Customers.
5. Create network for export service.
6. Provide forecast plan for generating Sales.
7. Enhance Customer satisfaction by ensuring all Service calls are attended to on time, Warranty Services are addressed within the stipulated time.
8. Focus to Increase Spares revenue.
9. Identify the training needs of all employees and provide training to enhance efficiency.
10. Manpower planning and support for HR to carry out Recruitment activities for After Sales.
11. Establishment of newly developed Machines.
12. To furnish input to R&D to improve on Design activities based on feedback from Customers & Market analysis.
13. Responsible for ensuring the expenses of Field engineers are well within the budget.
