Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Analyst specializing in recruitment to join our HR team. As an HR Analyst - Recruitment, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. Your primary responsibility will be to collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment data to identify trends, improve recruitment strategies, and provide actionable insights. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct data analysis and reporting on recruitment activities, including sourcing channels, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill metrics, and diversity metrics.

- Utilize various HR systems, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), to extract, clean, and analyze recruitment data.

- Identify key recruitment metrics and develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate findings to HR and business leaders.

- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide insights for improving the recruitment process.

- Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in reporting practices.

- Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation in recruitment operations.

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, providing analytical support and expertise.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources

- Proven 3-9 years experience as an HR Analyst/Analytics or similar role, with a focus on recruitment analytics.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

- Proficiency in data analysis, using tools such as Excel, Power BI or statistical representations

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Familiarity with HR metrics and the ability to develop reports and dashboards to track and monitor recruitment performance.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
