HR Manager
The position's key responsibilities include:
- Drive talent supply across all geographies of operation
- Hold and oversee all aspects of recruitment and retention across the organization
- Manage a team of zonal and central recruiters to hire senior, mid-level and ground level hiring
- Should have experience of hiring feet on street, front-line workers and last-mile distribution network to launch point-of-sale operations in hospitals
- Preferred experience in e-commerce start-ups, retail staff management
- Plan and implement strong process to ensure pleasant candidate experience (including application, interviews, referrals and communication)
- Implement an ATS and digitise the talent management process
- Analyse talent P&L with Finance
- Work closely with consultants, other relevant partners for fulfilment of local and central talent requirements
Requisites for the position:- Graduation or post-graduation from a good college/university. MBA preferred
- Experience of 8-10 years in talent acquisition and people management
- Experience in e-commerce, start-ups
- Experience in sourcing local talent via referrals, local recruitment agencies, schools, colleges and fairs
