Job responsibilities involve -
- Ownership of all brand assets and establishment of brand salience across all touch points
- Responsible for product packaging, in-hospital branding, and other marketing literature
- Launch new product brands and extensions and help them scale
- Create brand affinity on all owned, paid channels
- Define content marketing strategy across social media, blogs and emails
- Create true-to-brand stories that drive high recall and adoption of product
- Assume complete ownership of content and marketing calendar and drive it along with other cross-functional teams
- Responsible for reputation management of the brand across all channels
Preferred skills:
- Graduate or post-graduate, any discipline will do
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing brand and content and at least 2 years managing a team
- Knowledge of BTL activities, activations and media buying
- Experience of managing agencies, vendors
- Should have managed PR and media in the past
- Should have knowledge of Digital Marketing
