Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications. You have solid content writing skills and can figure out the voice of a company that will resonate across the target audience and you can communicate quickly across a variety of venues and digital platforms.
Duties and responsibilities:-
- Strategy: Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
- Content Creation: Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
- Customer Support: Respond to customers in a timely manner. Additionally, Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
- Analytics: Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
- Events: Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
- Passion to learn more: You love the digital world and are passionate about staying up to date and curious about the latest trends in social media.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Ability to interpret website and mobile traffic
- Knowledge of online marketing
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
