To do this, we're rethinking how healthcare is delivered by empowering our patients to plan themselves for their medical expenses and help them access high-quality healthcare.

Want to help : We are looking for Business Head wizards who can build a high performing business focused on financial innovation in the healthcare industry to help us enable healthcare access and affordability for millions of people.

Objective :

Responsible for carrying out business development activities for enrolling health care service providers on to the technology platform.

Roles and Responsibilities :


- Plan and manage zones and zone-wise addition target setting

- Adhere to targets for enrolling hospitals, chemists, diagnosis centers or any other affiliates on to the tech platform as required from time to time.

- Manage data of healthcare institutes of respective areas/zones and maintain a list of decision makers and contact persons including finance departments

- Make calls/visits and arrange for meetings with various healthcare service providers and key decision makers

- Reach out to hospitals and explaining value propositions to key decision makers in the healthcare institutions

- Register and onboard healthcare service providers on the company's technology platform

- Agreement signing, facade placements, coordination with cross-functional teams at the healthcare service provider and launch operations

- Conduct training/ presentation/ demo of the product to employees of the newly enrolled hospitals including doctors and non-medical staff

- Support the executives in managing the relationship with vendors and ensuring that branch targets related to plans placed are met; control service quality

- Lead the team for the desired results in the given geography

- Lead the account management function with the team and ensure smooth functioning of business with existing and new client base

- Ensure that compliance-related documentation is adhered to by the team

Skills / Qualification / Experience :

- Excellent sales skills, extrovert, smart, presentable and pleasing personality

- Good people management and interpersonal skills

- Strong Motivational and Leadership qualities

- MBA with at least 8-10 years of work experience in B2B sales, Institutional sales, insurance sales, merchant enrollment, direct and indirect sales experience

- Experience in managing healthcare institutes/healthcare sales is preferable

- Sales and/or business development experience mandatory
