Job Description: Ast. / Deputy Manager City Marketing
- Monthly Mktg Budget Planning & Execution of all Hospital VMs (Hospital Branding & Welcome Kit)
- Execution, rollout & tracking of all Customer Activations - Explore Alliances/Tie ups at national level & guide Regional Mktg Teams for local tie ups
- Plan and monitor the execution of Hospital & Doctor Engagement Activities
- Analyse activation data on customer groups & Doctors on Key drivers, triggers and barriers, need gaps & profiling
- Explore opportunities of local tie-ups/ alliances
- Manage a team of field executives
Key Performance Indicator:
- Monthly Plan Vs Execution. Timeline & Quality Adherence
- No of tie-ups generated & output generated (Contacts & leads)
- No of Initiatives and feedback received (Doctors & Hospitals), FC & BD team- Timely Plans/Report sharing as per defined periodicity
- Timely Circulation of all Plan/Reports as per defined periodicity- Execution quality across zones and feedback
Required Experience:
- 3-5 yrs (MBA), min 2-3 years into Customer Activations/Retail Visibility/Trade Marketing. Any exp of Alliance & Tie-ups will be an added plus
