About the Role:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing HNI client relationships through continuous client engagements and risk profiling. The RM will be responsible for identification of potential customers and providing them customized solutions as per their requirements. Key capabilities include working in a dynamic and fast- paced environment with cross- functional teams to design, collaborate with multiple stakeholders and provide tailored investment products aligned to customer needs. The center of all client engagements will be to ensure superior customer experience

Responsibilities:

- Profile involving acquiring, growing and deepening HNI Banking customer relationships through effective relationship management.

- Focusing on the analysis and satisfaction of HNI Customers- financial as well as investment needs and objectives.

- Provide the face of the Bank to the highest net- worth customers of the Bank.

- Build and deepen relationships with existing Wealth Customers to achieve an increase in the share of wallet and revenues.

- Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Ensure ongoing self- development.

- Manage the portfolio to de- risk against attrition and achieve stability of the book.

- Manage the key performance indicators at the highest level.

- Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the Bank and in other places

The following are the specifications for the role:

- The candidate needs to have minimum 3- 5 years' experience in wealth management.

- The candidate should preferably be within 35 years of age.

- The candidate should be a proven performer with excellent track record in retail and with HNI clients.

- The candidate should have developed and maintained a good relationship with the existing HNI customers of the bank and should have managed business operations with key focus on increasing revenues for the client as well as for the bank and identify new business opportunities.

- The candidate should have spearheaded effort in analyzing existing market trends and understood company specific investment requirements and ensured effective investment solutions to ensure maximum profitability.

- The candidate should have sound knowledge of various financial / investment products and market dynamics with insight into equities, mutual funds, stocks and protection products.
