Position Overview :

We are hiring for an exciting sales development position to support the newly formed Inside Sales group. The winning candidate will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented, sales professional who will be central to expanding our presence in new as well as least penetrated markets. In this role, you will be supporting the Inside Sales Head by building a sales pipeline that translates into viable opportunities.

On this new, high growth team, you will be measured by opportunity generation and we encourage lead development through outbound prospecting, social selling and any other tactic that results in revenue and growth for this business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and curate target account & prospect lists

- Manage a high volume of daily outreach to prospects across multiple channels to land meetings

- Create highly effective and personalized outreach campaigns

- Connect with prospective customers to understand their needs/business priorities before transitioning the lead to Inside Sales Head

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in target markets for mediasmart

- Continuously innovate on new ways to reach decision-makers of target accounts

- Own and hit/exceed monthly leads and meeting targets

- Maintain an accurate and updated CRM

Other Responsibilities :

- Actively research market, competitors, clients & agencies for knowledge across new product developments, key launches, new industry & tech innovations & their application to our current business

Skills & Experience Required :

- Around 2 years of proven experience in Business development, B2B lead generation, Cold calling, Email prospecting and Inside sales

- Strong passion for Sales

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills alongside research capabilities

- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and popular lead generation tools

- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
