The Manager - Revenue Ops & Marketing Automation will be the go-to for all things related to Hubspot at Affle - including Sales Hub, CRM, Sales Hub and Marketing Hub. This will range from configuration and user management, right through to being the internal consultant on driving CRM, Sales and Marketing productivity.

Serving the Hubspot CRM users as true customers is how this person looks at the role.

Experience with Hubspot (CRM/Sales/Marketing Hub) is a must.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Periodic requirement gathering from multiple stakeholders

- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to check requirement and feasibility

- Plan timely and periodic deliverables

- Resolve queries raised by teams consuming Hubspot on time

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in configurations and management of Hubspot CRM/Sales/Marketing Hub is necessary

- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to maintain and improve upon our Hubspot implementation

- Ability to effectively communicate across the organization to define problems and drive solutions

- Strong process, organizational and time management skills.
