Role Overview:

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) + Talent Management Specialist, you will work closely with leadership teams to drive talent initiatives, workforce planning, employee engagement, and career development strategies. This role requires a blend of strategic HR partnering and execution excellence in talent management.

Key Responsibilities :

HR Business Partnering :

- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.

- Act as an advisor on HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure a high-performance culture.

- Drive change management initiatives and employee communication strategies.

Talent Management & Development:

- Design and implement talent development programs, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

- Work with managers to identify high-potential employees and create structured growth plans.

- Manage performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

- Drive engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and action planning to enhance employee satisfaction.

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts within the organization.

- Plan and execute employee wellness programs and team-building activities.

HR Operations & Compliance:

- Ensure HR policies are in compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

- Oversee grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.

- Manage HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements:

- 3-6 years of experience in HR business partnering, talent management, or organizational development.

- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and workforce planning.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, preferably in the AdTech or digital industry.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive initiatives.

- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.

- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
