Ideal Candidate :
- Experience in building at least one Enterprise Software product from scratch
- Familiarity with Big Data or Data mining
- User centric approach to solving problems
- Thinks about ways to measure success of an effort
- A curiosity to understand systems and find practical ways to improve them
- 10+ years of Software industry experience. This could be a mix of Engineering & Product Management
- Understanding of Multi-channel Brand Advertising, specifically Digital & TV
- Be ready to fail fast and all the other - good- soft skills

- Manage & enhance existing Products catering to Advertisers/Publishers & Digital/Traditional Media Agencies
- Explore & execute product development/partner integration's with Programmatic/Social/TV media buyers for alternate revenue streams
- Explore ways to optimize and enhance revenue from existing partner integration's
- Work with a global team of talented engineers to build world class products & features
