Affiliate Marketing Manager
Opportunity to work with an early stage well funded general insurance player.
Responsibilities include
- Serve as inhouse domain expert on best practices for affiliate marketing, analytics and growth
- Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of acquisition initiatives to drive adoption and engagement. Identify attribution methodology and right marketing metrics to track and put the right tools in place to measure ROI
- Collaborate closely with Technical, Design and Product Marketing team to optimize results
- Work with top performing affiliates helping them to maximise their own earnings and incentivize them to deliver more (help with campaigns, offer promotions, creatives etc)
- Find new top level affiliates with high levels of relevant traffic, targeted mailing lists etc. Negotiate bespoke commercial deals with high-end Affiliates
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques to determine actionables
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in goals.
Qualifications :
- Performance Marketing Background. Should have worked on Online Marketing. Minimum 3 years of experience in Online Marketing
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results.
- Strong analytical skills; bias toward decision making based on data, and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyze, and present data.
- Tenacity and sense of urgency; ability to make things happen quickly with large teams
- Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
