Affiliate Marketing Manager - eCommerce

Company: Leading ecommerce portal in Chennai.

Requirement: Ecommerce / Digital / Online experience is a must.

Job Description:

- Manage Existing Affiliate & Partner Business

- Recruit new Affiliates, Partners & Strategic partners.

- Implement strategy for affiliate program, including awareness, acquisition & retention tactics to achieve program targets.

- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, & recommend ways to increase affiliate generated revenues.

- Executes affiliate promotions & monitor success.

- Proactively respond to & resolves affiliate inquiries & concerns.

- Manage product updates, distribute Marketing tools & Sales creative to affiliates.

- Builds relationships with affiliates & partners for more business, better placements & visibility.

- Initiate new campaign ideas & incentives programs to ensure growth of affiliate programs

- Work closely with all product & technology team to develop annual affiliate campaign calendar & rollout plans.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills are needed.

- Good skills in excel, quantitative analytical skills, and ability to develop original conclusions from a disparate data set are essential.

- Preference will be weighted towards those who have managed Financial industry affiliates.

- Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
