Affiliate Manager - Product Development Firm

We have urgent requirement for a Affiliate Manager: for Product Development Company in Hyderabad

- Identifying and recruiting new affiliates and white label partners

- Maintaining stimulating relationships with new and existing affiliates

- Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI

- Continually motivating affiliates to perform better

- Keeping affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements

- Understand affiliate needs and provide inputs to internal product / roadmap

- Developing and monitoring affiliate promotions

- Coordinate the production of creative's (banners, contextual ads, landing pages), including tailored creative's for affiliates as required

- Monitoring and reporting on competitors- affiliate campaigns and promotions

- Keep on top of affiliate marketing trends and best practices

- Keeping track of affiliate sales and paying affiliates in a timely manner

- 4+ years of proven working experience in dealing with affiliates and white label partners

- Proven ability to priorities and manage workload across multiple accounts concurrently

- Sense of ROI and profitability in affiliate deals

- Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills

- Flawless English and can work with customers - and wow them on every interaction

- Respecting every soul and maintaining the respectful culture

- Experience in Casino Gaming (Bingo, Slots, Poker- ) is preferred

- Management degree preferably from a Premier Institutes or from UK
