Affiliate Manager
AFFILIATE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
- Enroll high quality affiliates and ensure maximum ROI on each offer.
- Daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of: fresh marketing creative, affiliate communications such as eNewsletters and blog posts, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution.
- Optimize all aspects of our affiliate program through established and new networks
- Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
- Recruit new affiliates, joint venture partners, and strategic partners.
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with publishers via ongoing support, assistance, updates, and information as necessary
- Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools and sales creative to affiliates.
- Establish channels of communication to ensure all affiliates and joint venture partners have access to marketing tools, and to develop custom marketing material as required.
- Work closely with Marketing Director to build and expand the affiliate program.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers.
- Develop annual affiliate campaign calendar and rollout plans.
Requirements:
- Maintain a “whatever it takes” mentality initially and have the capacity to develop and lead a team as the program grows.
- Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results manage others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Keen sense for building a strong external sales force.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic attitude with strong leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
