Affiliate Client Service Specialist - Digital Marketing

Job Designation : Affiliate Client Service Specialist

This role requires experience and expertise in :

- Customer Service

- Digital Marketing ( Affiliate Marketing)

- Support publishers with any questions regarding sign-up for the private affiliate program

- Own end-to-end sign-up and white glove onboarding for premium publishers or publishers handed over from Stakeholders.

- Manage up to 3 follow-ups with partners during onboarding process

- Support up to 20 onboarding requests at a time

- Manage the online request form for the Private Network

- Answers publisher questions related to the Affiliate program

- Follow-up on all requests within 2 business days

- Address requests coming from Stakeholders within 3 business days

- Provide feedback to Stakeholders at corporate around private network infrastructure and areas for improvement based on publisher feedback and inquiries
