Aequs - Head - Manufacturing Operations

JOB LOCATION - HUBLI , KARNATAKA

The Manufacturing Operations LEADERSHIP role is responsible for the total manufacturing product life cycle from new product introduction (NPI) to mass production (MP) of high volume, advanced technology products. The VPMO will provide day-to-day guidance and lead all manufacturing functions including manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain, and production. In collaboration with the Business Unit (BU) President, the VPMO will develop and execute plans to achieve aggressive business growth strategies.

Specific job responsibilities will include:

- Engage with BU Program/Business Management, Finance, and Shared Service organizations to develop, monitor, and execute annual BU operating plans.

- Establish and perform to annual operating budgets for Manufacturing Operations (MO) in accordance with BU goals and objectives.

- Ensure the highest levels of global manufacturing standards are established and met across MO. These standards include, but are not limited to, productivity, quality control, inventory management, and customer delivery performance.

- Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety as well as other applicable governmental regulations and customer-driven expectations.

- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to ensure long term competitiveness within the advanced technology product market.

- Build a highly inclusive, leadership culture across MO in alignment with Aequs' Core Values: Transparency, Trust, & Respect.

- Support BU President in the execution of all BU objectives including presentations to the Aequs Board of Directors and Shareholders and direct interface with major clients.

The ideal candidate will have the following credentials:

- <BE/BTECH/MTECH , addition of MBA would be added advantge>

- Minimum 22 -25 years of experience and last 10 years in leadership role managing 5000 workfoce

- Previous responsibility for directing $100M manufacturing operations for complex, high volume products with global customers.
