- Responsible for overall operation, P&L , Manufacturing/Production Operations, Ensuring Delivery Deadlines, Quality parameter of Technology Product

- Candidate from Manufacturing Background preferably Engineering, Auto Component, AEROSPACE , Electronics Industry

- Preferred experience of workforce management of 2000plus

- Engage with BU Program/Business Management, Finance, and Shared Service organizations to develop, monitor, and execute annual BU operating plans.

- Establish and perform to annual operating budgets for Manufacturing Operations (MO) in accordance with BU goals and objectives.

- Ensure the highest levels of global manufacturing standards are established and met across MO. These standards include, but are not limited to, productivity, quality control, inventory management, and customer delivery performance.

- Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety as well as other applicable governmental regulations and customer-driven expectations.

- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to ensure long term competitiveness within the advanced technology product market.

- Build a highly inclusive, leadership culture across MO in alignment with Aequs' Core Values: Transparency, Trust, & Respect.

- Support BU President in the execution of all BU objectives including presentations to the Aequs Board of Directors and Shareholders and direct interface with major clients.
