Independent self driven Sales/Business Development/Partnership Managers who would identify new partnerships/alliances with Universities/Government/Institutes/Corporates
Work with Products and Marketing department to understand the short term and long term alliance partnership requirements and seek, market, send proposals, make presentations to and finalise agreements with potential alliance partners.

- To help power this disruption AEON Learning seeks a independent self driven 'Dy General Manager - Strategic Alliances' who would work internally with Products and Marketing team, understand who to partner with, then externally identify from among government, Universities, or Corporates and work with them to forge an alliance with AEON Learning.
The position reports directly to the CEO
Candidate is expected to be entrepreneurial, having a BTech degree from a top Institute and an MBA from a top IIM . Candidate should be having 1-2 years of experience of 1-2 yrs post MBA and overall not more than 4-5 years of experience
Primary Responsibility :
- End to end responsibility to forge Alliances between AEON Learning and University, Government, or Corporate,
. The entire acquisition process including Business Development, Solutioning, demo, creating proposals, presentations and Business plans
- Signing up Leading Universities, government bodies and corporates on the Aeon Learning Platforms - Acadgild.com, Avagmah.com.
- Cultivate relationships with top management / academicians at IIM- s, top tier b-schools and leading universities
- Assess Academic Institution needs and develop customised solutions
Education & Experience:
- MBA from Top IIMs
- 4-5 years of relevant business development experience and demonstrated success in developing partnerships and alliances for technology products and services
