Responsibilities:
Business Development and Revenue Generation:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in India North.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, presenting compelling business cases to potential and existing clients.
Leverage product and technical knowledge to create effective sales proposals and pricing strategies.
Contribute to market penetration strategies, driving profitable growth for the company.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs.
Implement strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle and beyond.
Foster ongoing communication with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Team Leadership and Coaching:
Provide ongoing coaching and support to direct reports, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Develop and mentor team members to achieve their full sales potential.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in solution sales or consulting, with a proven track record of success in B2B environments.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform functionalities and their application across various industries.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Business acumen and a strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and develop winning sales strategies.
