Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creative/design teams to produce high-quality, high-performing creatives.
- Leverage inventory sources like Facebook and real-time bidding platforms to buy media.
- Monitor performance daily (delivery, pacing) to adjust bidding strategies to optimize for ROI and scale
- Plan and execute methodical tests to measure the incremental value of our efforts.
- Ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign efficiency/ROI goals.
- Track and report on performance of user acquisition campaigns to the organization.
- Proactively forecast and report successes, inconsistencies, and underperformance
- Study and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes through independent research and to stay on top on best practices and opportunities. Develop and expand relationships with new partners.
- Troubleshoot performance issues with technical and business teams.
Requirements:
- Great academic record is a plus
- 1-3 years of digital media experience
- Strong knowledge of analytical methodologies for optimizing and evaluating marketing campaigns
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to efficiently plan, prioritize and manage numerous projects and tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Media Buying, campaign management and/or ad ops experience
