We are hiring Business Analyst - CEO's Office for a Fintech Company in Gurgaon.

Position: Business Analyst - CEO's Office

Experience: 3+ Yrs

CTC Range : Upto 30 LPA

Job Location : Gurgaon (Work on site)

Job Description:

- The position requires working closely with the CEO to achieve strategic business objectives.

- The ideal candidate should have abilities in business acumen; strategy formulation and P& L understanding; data comprehension; project management & team working.

- He/she should possess an eye for details and be able to aggregate and interpret data. The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing the senior management.

Job Role:

- Monitor tasks delegated by CEO & ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines

- Assist & coordinate the strategy planning exercise

- Coordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables

- Helping in business presentations & tie up with internal & external stakeholders. data analysis

- Assist the CEO with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions

- Assess overall company performance.

Requirements:

- Engineer plus MBA or MBA from a good B-school

- At least 3 years of experience of being in a analytical role in a reputed firm .

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
