Role: Industry Advisor - BFSI F&A

Domain: BFSI BPS - Finance and accounting - Enterprise Horizontals

Work Location: Anywhere in India

Experience:

20+years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting domain including min 5 years of management consulting experience, with good understanding of BFSI Industry and ability to provide industry specific guidance on Operations Management, Products, Solutions, Technology, assess competitive offerings, and communicate functional requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Advisor:

- Provide integrated finance & accounting domain view and advice.

- Develop an understanding of each client's needs.

- Build rapport with new clients and strengthen existing relationships and establish a thriving client network based on trust.

- Decisions on sales opportunities, including penetration strategies, target accounts, target roles.

- This position reports to Head of FAO Enterprise Horizontals - BFSI

- Provide pre-Sales analysis/support, elicit client requirements using client meetings, system/document analysis, requirements workshops.

- Responsible for learning from our clients their current and anticipated needs, trends in the industry - build proposals on potential opportunities, participate in Consulting assignments.

- To closely work with Delivery Units wherever required to understand pain points and leverage other accounts best practices as appropriate.

Skillsets & Prior Experience:

Industry directions:

- Business process KPIs for BFSI industry

- Good understanding of key players in the industry

- Good understanding of technology - leading and emerging ERPs, automation solutions transformation trends etc.

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task.

- Software / IT / ITES organizations with demonstrated proficiency of BFSI industry, CFO domain.

- Manages multiple assignments and processes, independently determines approach to project and anticipates and prevents potential problems.

Educational qualifications:

- Masters/Professional degree in Finance/Accountancy

- MBA from Premier Institute or Chartered Accountant
