AdviceAdda - Chief Marketing Officer

CMO required for a bootstrapped Start-up on Equity only

- We are looking for a hardcore Business Development/ Sales/ Marketing professional with minimum 7 to 10 years of industry experience for the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) on pure equity basis in our company AdviceAdda which is a 2 years old bootstrapped company at Early Revenues Stage & growing rapidly in B2C & B2B markets. We expect some Big News on investment front very soon as things are at advance stage on discussion table.

- Professional with a deeper & exceptional understanding of the Sales/ Marketing/ Digital Marketing domains.

- A person who has been practically involved/ exposed/ experienced enough in evolving Marketing/ Sales Strategy.

- Someone who has first hand knowledge/ experience of Sales/ Marketing industry practices & process.

- A hard core Sales person who understands the revenue generation streams, sales techniques & it's challenges.

- Someone who has excellent B2B networking & strong connections across the industries & their top executives.

- An extremely passionate & workaholic professional with go-getter attitude & strong negotiations skills.

- Someone who has exceptional capacity to achieve the targets using minimal resources & manpower.

- A seasoned Sales/ Marketing professional with excellent communications skills in English & Hindi both.

- A born leader who can asses the Strength/ Weakness of the team members and ensure deliveries seamlessly.

- A person who understands Start-up ecosystem & the entire environment/ challenges at ground level.

- In one word we need someone who truly believes - "I can sell comb to a balled person."
