- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 15-20 years of comprehensive financial management experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial planning, auditing, MIS, taxation, banking exposure, and oversight of financial statements.
- As the CFO, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the group, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving the company's financial strategy for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the group's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term corporate goals. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team for decision-making.
- Audit Oversight: Supervise internal and external audits, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. Oversee the implementation of corrective actions for audit findings.
- MIS (Management Information Systems): Manage the preparation and review of timely and accurate MIS reports, offering strategic financial insights and performance analysis to key stakeholders.
- Tax & Compliance Management: Oversee and ensure compliance with all tax-related matters, including GST, income tax, and other regulatory requirements. Manage tax planning, filing, and audits, optimizing tax benefits while ensuring compliance.
- Financial Statements & Reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulations. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance to stakeholders.
- Banking & Cash Flow Management: Manage relationships with financial institutions and banks. Oversee cash flow management, banking operations, and credit facilities to ensure efficient fund management.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential financial threats to the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and financial institutions, to maintain strong relationships and ensure financial compliance.
Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage complex financial processes and oversee a high-performing team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with top-level management, external auditors, and regulators.
