1. Financial Reporting & Compliance:

o Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with local GAAP, IND-AS and other relevant financial regulations.

o Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.

o Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.

o Prepare financial reports for senior leadership, stakeholders, and board members.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting:

o Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

o Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions.

o Implement and maintain effective financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.

3. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:

o Oversee cash flow management and ensure that the firm has adequate working capital to meet operational needs.

o Develop cash flow forecasting models and reports.

o Optimize working capital and improve financial efficiency across the firm.

4. Internal Controls & Risk Management:

o Implement, monitor, and enhance internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.

o Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.

o Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

5. Team Leadership & Development:

o Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing training and mentorship.

o Foster a high-performance culture within the finance team.

o Manage day-to-day financial operations and workflows, ensuring the team meets deadlines and delivers high-quality results.

6. Strategic Financial Support:

o Provide financial analysis and support to senior leadership in strategic decision-making.

o Evaluate investment opportunities, business acquisitions, and other financial projects.

o Provide recommendations to optimize cost efficiency, increase profitability, and enhance overall financial performance.

7. Systems & Process Improvement:

o Work with IT and other departments to ensure financial systems are efficient, accurate, and compliant with all requirements.

o Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements within the finance function.

8. Ad-hoc Projects:

o Assist with special financial projects as required, such as mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, and restructuring.

o Provide financial insights for business development and other firm-wide initiatives.
