Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Set sales targets and ensure the team is equipped to meet or exceed them.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to create strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the sales budget and resource allocation.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies.
- Develop long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Provide regular reports to the executive team on sales performance and forecasts.
- Stay updated on the latest sales techniques, tools, and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
Qualifications :
