As a operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.

- Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Operational Management:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed.

- Coordinate with various teams, including clinical, financial, and administrative staff.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance.

Quality Improvement:

- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient care.

Financial Management:

- Monitor budgets and control expenses.

- Analyze financial data to make informed decisions.

- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies.

Team Management:

- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented individuals.

Qualifications:

Essential:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Experience in healthcare operations, preferably in value-based care

- Knowledge of risk adjustment and quality improvement processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

- Bachelor's/PG degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field

Preferred:

- Master's degree in business administration

- Certification in healthcare management or a related field

- Experience with healthcare IT systems and software
