The Role:
Supporting 600+ employees, the Talent Manager will play a key role in embedding our Talent Management Strategy into our India operation. Working closely with the Head of Talent in the UK and the local management community, you will own the implementation of key strategic Talent projects as well as the management of a team of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development specialists.
This is likely to include:
- Driving a consistent approach to recruitment & selection, working closely with the UK in order to synchronize processes and toolkits
- Owning the L&D ecosystem, supporting the identification of learning outcomes through a consistent Learning Needs Analysis process and the delivery of appropriate training interventions
- Driving programmes to support a high level of Internal Mobility across the organization, as a result of both quality L&D initiatives and a consistent approach to selection
- Working closely with local stakeholders up to and including Director-level, ensuring a clear and consistent view on progress and initiatives is provided
- Managing and developing the Talent team, supporting the implementation of a joined-up Talent Management approach
- Owning the execution of a range of Talent processes, including the Performance
- Management lifecycle, Campus Hiring & New Starter Process

- Good understanding of the science of employee selection and learning
