- Minimum 8+ years of Technology recruitment experience in Multinational Software Product organizations
- Strong / hands-on experience of recruiting for Digital Technologies (Ex: Full Stack Engineering, Java, JS, .Net, QA, AWS & more)
- Proven experience in managing senior business stakeholders, product owners and acting as a single point of success to drive talent acquisition for the R&D unit
- Demonstrated Project Management skills and approach to drive the talent acquisition life cycle with a focus on the right metrics, measurements, analytics, dashboards and reporting
- Use multiple sourcing channels to accelerate the talent identification, attraction and sourcing
- Reports and MIS management exposure
