- Proficient in advanced analytics and solve business problems leveraging data and tools such as R / Python / SQL / Dataiku / Databricks / Knime / SAS.
- Ability to work on prescriptive, descriptive and predictive models using well known ML technique using Python, R-Studio, PySpark, Keras, Tensorflow.
- Strong in logical reasoning, structuring of analysis, asking the right questions and logical approach to analyse data, problems, and situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Teamwork and collaboration and can mentor junior associates.
- Articulate in communication - written or verbal and able to convey ideas and information clearly to client or client facing teams.
- Willingness to learn and innovate.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing analytics would be preferred.
- B-Tech or BE in any engineering discipline or PG in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Operation Research from tier 1 college with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience
- Statistical/ modeling knowledge, ability to transform data to insights, good data visualization/ reporting skills
- Years of experience: Sr. Associate: 3-5 years // Project Lead: 4-6 years// Manager: 7-9 years
