- 15 years work experience with at least 10 years being hands-on analytics projects delivery in retail / CPG and other consumer business industries and managing multiple clients and large analytics teams
- Should have strong understanding of retail / CPG business processes. Work experience in other consumer industries is desirable
- Should have the ability to interpret analytical results and come up with business implications
- Should have working knowledge of relevant data sources including, POS, marketing, syndicated data, digital data, media agency data, brand perception survey data, client's internal data, customer loyalty etc.,
- Excellent power point and presentation skills is a must
- Should have worked with clients in the US, Europe and have good understanding of their culture and expectations
- Should have exposure to pre-sales activities such as developing solutions to analytical problems
- Should have solved complex and ambiguous business problems across functions in retail / CPG
- Should have worked across analytics value chain including descriptive, diagnostics and predictive / prescriptive analytics
