Advanced Analytics Leader for an IT Major

- Experience with advanced analytics statistical modelling; predictive modelling; tools for the same like R, SPSS, SAP Predictive Analytics

- Experience in the Big Data space tools like Hadoop ecosystem (Hadoop, Cloudera, Hortonworks, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Storm- ), Cassandra, MongoDB, No-SQL

- Has a history of working in the Business Intelligence domain i.e has worked with/background of SAP/Oracle BI; some visualization tools like BO, QlikView, Tableau

- Competency and Practice building capability

- Worked on defining solution/product offerings that are repeatable and drive their GTM

- Can handle pre-sales (proactive, reactive, pull based) for this niche area

- Client facing and ability to lead client workshops

- Clear thinking and articulation

- Has a good understanding of where the industry is headed for Analytics

- Has been hands-on and can play a billable (to the extent of 70%) role initially until we gather momentum and critical mass

- Good to have : Has a good thought leadership - has published papers; spoken in events; is an avid blogger
